Field Form offers a full package of services, from initial consulting to design, project management and installation to continued maintenance.

We offer an initial consultation, where we identify purpose for the landscape or garden, water sources, any drainage issued, soil conditions and a planting pallet suitable to the site. We also offer low voltage lighting options as well as possible uses of sustainable materials such as local hardwoods, stones and new materials available to the market. We also offer general sustainable systems and design consulting to clients who are interested in developing their property however are not necessarily ready to commit to a large expense.  We present ideas, give design options and a project management brief and connect them to other local companies.

Our process begins with a consultation, where we go through a comprehensive design inquiry, identifying a plan and course of action. After a series of sketches and up to two phases of adjustments we decide on a final design, provide shop drawings and. We use, autoCAD, sketch up, Adobe Illustrator and vector works. During the design phase we focus on material options as well as cost, time and potential maintenance requirements. After deciding on a build schedule, we work directly with the client and builders to manage the project to completion.

We offer project management services, including updates to clients throughout each phase of the design and build process. Project scheduling, cost assessments and lead times are constantly changing and we try our best to communicate these variables in a clear and concise manner. We focus on executing, controlling, and completing the project, to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria. We have a team of builders and sub contractors capable of managing projects of various scales on budget and on time.

A garden is an investment, therefore maintenance is a critical part of the process. Landscapes are an ever changing medium requiring consistent care adapted to each season to ensure that each planting is not only healthy, but providing variety and interest throughout the year. Maintenance includes assessment of a site’s soil makeup, analysis of plantings and existing conditions, structural and ornamental pruning of woody plants including trees and drainage evaluation / water management. We offer seasonal maintenance plants for individual seasons or for an entire year. Find out more!
